The Blue Elephant offers Thai cuisine in a unique, tropical atmosphere in the Fulham Broadway area of London. The decor resembles an indoor tropical rainforest, with large trees, goldfish ponds, and ambient lighting.

While some of the dishes are uniquely Thai, others are a mixture of Western and Thai preparations. The menu changes on a seasonal basis with the exception of a few staples, such as Massamun Curry, which always remain. As a guide, the Blue Elephant suggests that certain dishes are available at different spice levels. A rating of one elephant is relatively mild. Two elephants indicate moderately spicy, and three elephants indicate extremely hot.

It is worth noting that the Blue Elephant also has restaurants in Brussels, Copenhagen, Paris, New Delhi, Dubai, and Beirut.

For fans of Thai food, I strongly recommend the Blue Elephant as the food is highly refined and always delicious. One should make reservations in advance.
